We chose to live in Carnation after multiple visits and moved here in 2020. We love the valley, the small-town feel, and the fact that we're removed — but still about 30 minutes from everything. The local Mexican place being really good didn't hurt either.

Before real estate, I spent time in the U.S. Navy as an intel analyst. After that, I moved into real estate — starting with building and managing an investment portfolio, then expanding into commercial real estate and facilities management.

Over the years, I've seen how quickly things can go sideways when decisions are rushed or based on incomplete or biased information. It taught me to slow down, look closer, and ask better questions. That's how I approach real estate.

I pay attention to the details, I'm honest about what I see, and I don't push people into decisions just to get a deal done. If something doesn't make sense, I'll say it. If it does, I'll explain why.

Outside of work, my family keeps me busy — especially my twin teenage boys who are obsessed with basketball. When we're not at basketball games or practice, I'm usually spending time at home with our dogs, reading, playing games, or shamelessly binging K-dramas.
